Trump Takes

The Biased Stupidity of CNBC Talking Heads: Given their anti-Trump bias, pundits at CNBC are now floating such a stupid idea that it’s breathtaking. They say: “Trump’s plan for mass deportation could prove inflationary.”[1] It’s the exact opposite! When you deport or jail criminals (as is the first priority), that is deflationary! Wasn’t inflation under control during Obama and Trump’s presidencies, even though both had deported hundreds of thousands of illegals? Why does CNBC think this sudden influx of at least 10 million illegals under Biden-Harris is now needed to help with low-paying jobs? In the last four years, we haven’t seen a sudden, monumental increase in: orange groves, vineyards, etc. that need to be picked; thousands of new acres of residential/commercial grass that need mowing; hundreds of new hotels that need cleaning staff… Indeed, now that many of the ultra-rich left-wing lunatics in LA have lost their homes, they won’t be using the services of illegals. The point is we were fine before these uninvited people showed up. CNBC further argues that with a shortage of housing units, housing costs are going up and could get worse under Trump. Well, deporting all the illegals that crossed the country under Biden-Harris should mitigate that problem, no? After all, the government is planning to spend billions to house these illegals, not to mention providing them with other stuff like free healthcare.

America First: In his most recent news conference, Trump teased journalists with three tantalizing proposals: (a) rename the Gulf of Mexico to Gulf of America; (b) take back the Panama Canal from Panama; (c) buy Greenland from Denmark. Of course, that didn’t sit well with many in the MSM. They still don’t get it. Trump is an entrepreneur.  Bureaucrats and jaded politicians don’t understand that entrepreneurs see things and possibilities which many others don’t. Trump says provocative stuff to set the stage for future negotiations on issues of interest to the US. He wears the America First agenda on his sleeve. Say what you will, but it’s his bluster and ideas that helped America succeed in foreign and domestic policies during his first term. January 20^th can’t get here soon enough!

ESPN—the Racist Network: In last week’s Tracker, we noted that ESPN is a left-wing propaganda machine pretending to be a sports network. They proved it again this week! After Notre Dame won the semi-final college football match against Penn State, the white, liberal, race-baiting reporter, Molly McGrath of ESPN asked the head coach, Marcus Freeman of Notre Dame, how much the win meant as it relates to him becoming the first black head coach to reach a title game. Freeman is a classy fellow. He replied, “You know, I’ve said this before, I don’t ever want to take attention away from the team. It is an honor, and I hope all coaches — minorities, Black, Asian, White, it doesn’t matter — great people continue to get opportunities to lead young men like this. But this ain’t about me, this is about us.”[2] BTW, Marcus Freeman is NOT black. His mother is Korean; his dad is black; hence, Freeman is of mixed race. Surely, his mother’s DNA plays a key role in who he is. To call Freeman black is as idiotic as calling Patrick Mahomes or Tiger Woods black. It’s cruel and divisive, and is reminiscent of old racist laws that classified someone as “negro” if they had “one drop of negro blood”. Also, recall Elizabeth Warren and her one drop of native American blood nonsense. We addressed this racism issue at length in an X Article.[3]

Los Angeles Burning: The tragic event in LA could’ve been avoided or mitigated significantly if the democrats who have controlled that state forever (it seems) had replenished the reservoirs; had ensured fire hydrants had water pressure; hadn’t cut the fire department’s budget by $100m; hadn’t hired an inept person as Mayor of LA just because she’s a black lesbian (DEI practice); hadn’t hired a white lesbian as the fire chief (DEI practice); had selectively trimmed down forests and brush to contain wild fires instead of being obsessed with climate change…And now, the idiots that voted for the democrats, which includes the rich and famous, are livid. They’re calling for Newsom’s resignation.[4] Your actions have consequences. As we’ve said repeatedly, liberalism is an incurable disease. Sadly, many of the innocent residents of LA are feeling its toxic effects now. We’ve wondered what it would take for privileged lefties to realize the folly of their positions. They are often insulated (gated communities, private security, private airplanes, etc.) from the effects of their misguided policies. We hope this sad but preventable event that burnt their homes to the ground might cause them to reflect on all the wrong they have wrought.
